Nitien is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 20 years of experience working with top tier organizations like Goldman Sachs, KPMG, BMR Advisors and Ernst & Young.
He has advised companies at different stages of the life cycle i.e. early, growth, maturity and late on Corporate M&A (buy-side, sell-side and JV formation) and fund raise transactions. A few sectors where Nitien has spent most of his time includes auto & auto ancillary, retail, media and entertainment, healthcare, information technology, financial services, and education.
Nitien is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B. Com Honours graduate from Delhi University
Ridhish has co-founded two startups including a poker focused gaming brand called The Shark and EasyLaw, a platform for legal services in India.
His previous experience includes stints in the financial services industry with Cantor Fitzgerald and Grant Thornton.
Ridhish has studied Economics at University of Cambridge, Finance at University of Manchester and Business & Management from University of Bradford (IILM).
Astha has over a decade of experience in investment banking, fundraising alternatives & deployment strategy, and leading investor relations.
Her corporate experience includes leadership positions with Invest India wherein she was driving investment promotion and facilitation initiatives for the Government of India, investment banking and corporate M&A (both buy-side and sell-side) and fundraise transactions whilst at Ernst & Young.
She graduated top of her corporate MBA class from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and has completed her Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi.
Ashwin co-founded Decimated Sanity, an AR platform for smartphones, which was acqui-hired by Fantasmo Studios (a TechStars backed company).
He was previously with Yang Ventures, based in San Francisco.
Ashwin has a B.Sc. degree in Game Design from The Art Institute of California -- Los Angeles.
Himani is a finance specialist and focusses on fund-related finance and compliance activities. She manages the fund's financial budget, tax, and regulatory compliances.
She also provides support to the team in performing financial analysis of potential investment opportunities, post investment management of portfolio financial and MIS reporting and valuations.
Himani holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and commerce from Delhi University.
Madhav has worked across the climate, edtech and aviation sectors, taking on roles that span product development, business building, international partnerships, and fundraising. He has spent the last several years primarily as a founder or founding employee, building science-based products serving B2G and B2B customers—from emissions analytics platforms to learning simulations and also airport security products—often in highly regulated and technically complex ecosystems.
